Welcome to ShineOps! By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
ShineOps provides commercial cleaning services in the Greater Toronto Area. Services are offered based on availability and confirmed booking.
2. Booking & Payment
Clients can request a quote or schedule services through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment must be made in full via approved methods (e-transfer, bank transfer, or cash on delivery) before or at the time of service.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Liability
While we take great care in cleaning your space, ShineOps is not liable for pre-existing damage or for damage due to poor surface conditions. Please notify us in advance of any fragile or high-risk areas.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address the concern or offer a re-clean if necessary.
6. Privacy
